Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Returns are accepted for:

– Wrong products delivered
– Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products
– Manufacturing defects
– Unused products returned in original condition and packaging

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for return requests.
Transit damage or wrong product issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

For transit damage claims, customers are requested to provide an unboxing video before opening the courier package.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
  • All items received with the product must be returned together
  • Product seals should remain intact unless the item is defective

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is physically damaged by the customer
  • Any accessory or part is missing
  • The product box is damaged due to improper repacking
  • Tapes or glue are applied directly on the product box

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital licenses or activation keys
  • Opened accessories
  • Special-order or customized products

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend keeping the original packaging materials until the return period ends to ensure safe return shipping.
